From the very beginning, they have done an outstanding job with both advertising and the day-to-day management of our property. Communication with Rasa and his team is excellent — especially with the operations manager and the accounting department. They respond quickly, professionally, and always with great competence. Everything is wonderfully transparent: we have full visibility of bookings at all times and receive a clear, detailed spreadsheet every month showing all rentals and costs. Their maintenance team takes excellent care of the villa — cleaning, garden, pool, and every guest request are handled promptly and to a high standard. We feel completely supported and can truly relax knowing our property is in very good hands.
